Your order will be sent via the most efficient shipping method. Inclement weather may cause unforeseen delays in shipping. Please see the "Shipping Information" tab on product pages for shipping charges and other product-specific details.
Delivery is not available to P.O. boxes or international destinations.
Items ordered together may not ship at the same time; your credit card or account will only be billed for what is shipped.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped. This email will contain a link from our carrier to track your shipment.
Occasionally, tracking information will show that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it. If you don't receive the package within the next few business days:
- See if someone else accepted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Contact the carrier as noted in your shipping confirmation email.

Companies selling over the Internet are subject to the same tax collection requirements as other retailers. The federal Internet tax moratorium prohibits the imposition of new taxes on the Internet itself and things like Internet access services. It doesn't change the applicability of state and local taxes to sales transactions on the Web. Accordingly, Nautilus collects sales/use taxes on the sale of products on our Web site(s) based on applicable tax rates and laws.
Sales tax is charged on total merchandise for orders delivered to AL, AZ, CA, DC, IA, ID, IL, LA, MA, MD, ME, NJ, OH, OK, VA, VT, and WY.
Sales tax is charged on total merchandise plus shipping and handling charges for orders delivered to AR, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, NY, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI, and WV.
Sales tax is not charged for orders delivered to AK, DE, MT, NH and OR.

PLEASE NOTE: Order totals calculated during checkout show estimated tax amounts only. Final, actual, tax amounts will appear on your order invoice based on the tax rates and rules applicable when your order is shipped.
Tax-exempt organizations should provide Nautilus with a copy of their exemption certificate, resale certificate, or proof of exempt status for the state where purchased item(s) will be shipped. Non-profits should provide proof of their 501(c)(3) status or other acceptable exemption certification. Federal agencies should provide a federal tax ID certificate. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our Customer Care department at (800) 216-9028 within six weeks of delivery for a Return Authorization. Returns must include any accessories and be in original condition and packaging. Once received, you will be refunded the full purchase price, less shipping and handling. Items must be postmarked no later than 2 weeks after your Return Authorization is given. Please note: products returned without a Return Authorization Number or outside the return period will not be refunded.
